Hungry, had gone to meet my fate on a slice of jam and toast.
Fair made the blood sugar reading rise:laugh:
The one two hours later was normal...a 50% drop at least..
Plaice would be special fish...
Beetroot Red..
hopefully okay as tried and trusted recipe...
pieces on buttered bread? delicious..
I have been called weird before but love me beetroot on a piece, image a Yank being asked if they want beetroot on a piece.
A totally different meaning of piece
The jam and toast put up a decent fight...
What'd tha expect?
Only a 50% drop, yer toast still making itself felt.
Everything in its plaice, and a plaice for everything...
Did no-one turn you over...
Yer resistance training has come along in leaps and bounds. Four weeks and yer beetroot remains unopened.
Used to eat them raw, just washed the muck off, topped and tailed, then started eating them.
I think they'd moan about the portion size more than owt else.
Cod!

There's rain headed in your direction, according to those boffins in the mutt office.
Can't get around the corner it's hiding behind.

Please send rain (for the plants)..
Temps more bearable...

Home made raspberry too...
Bread was that mush that Johnny makes.. toast , aye, anything else? no way.
Count down, six days and counting..
Thurs can't come quick enough..
Like Cauliflower, only pickled will do...
Has to be rough vinegar as too many makes are watered down vinegar..
Nay, laddie...Haddock

Yer own raspberries as well no doubt...
Johnny's bread not as good as yours? Toast, the last hope for stale bread.
And then you'll be tucking in to them. Will they last long...
I picked them in the field. Pickled cauliflower, I thought pickled cabbage were bad enough.
You ever tried the extra strength vinegar.*
You use a haddock piece!

Be careful what you wish for, much less ask for...

Strong as 'eck..
Cetainly no need for a cod one..
I'm particular about pickles, the older Glasgow companies had it right, none of this 'is there any vinegar in this'
Some pals are coming through..

The stuff shown not strong enough for you?
You don't like cod ones. An there were me thinking you weren't fussy about yer food. Only the best were good enough...
Particular, in what way. Would you have herrings.
What else, other than vinegar, did they use to pickle stuff in, and it still be edible.
You on the radio...

Good Sunday AM :hello:
Trying to reformat my 'hobby' computer which seems to have gone wonky (or is it me?)
Think something might be broken...
Hard drive?
I do have a spare old type one kicking about (as usual, I don't know where)..
Enjoy your day:cuppa:

I updated to a preview version of windows and it all started to go to pot so out of the program I will come

Slowly getting there but I suspect the hard drive but I'm hopefully proved wrong..

Owdo this fine sunny day
Could you strip and rebuild, we have the technology... "Hobby" computer, how many do you have, in total, for different purposes!!
Suppose both you and it have gone wonky, you may never know.
Maybe it'll come to you, out of no-where...
Order a brand new, top of the range one. Once you've paid for it, the one you have'll turn up. Meanwhile the one you order will be off on it's trip of a lifetime.
You yours...

They may be making you something...
Like a list of stuff they want you to create.
Video call, what's wrong with using a phone like you had to.
Lunch, will that be at a GC. Followed by quick coffee from the local McD's.
Weren't you that started "Cod Wars" were it. "Haddock Wars" doesn't roll off the tongue as easily, nor does it sound as "catchy'.

You still hoping that you'll not need to go looking for yer spare. Doesn't sound too good though, newer version of windows and a preview version at that. Live testing "in the field" as it were. And those doing the testing are those trying the preview version.
The hard drive one of the older ones with the older, larger connectors. Now almost impossible to get. What'd you do with everything that were on the hard drive, before you started reformatting it. Or is gone for all time...

Hopefully it'll not be the hard drive that's on it's last legs. May be the newer version drawing more, and pushing yer "hobby" computer closer to it's limits. Still believe it's done on purpose. New copy required for a newer computer, and they're getting iffy these days. The manufacturers more than their products.
May yer hard drive prevail...

Hard drive okay, wireless mice now binned..
reinstalling everything from scratch anyway, it'll be quite the job...
Database problem first..
Up early to try sort it,
I linked to wrong file, ouch

I'm off out later so better get busy.
I've withdrawn for the beta testing or insider as they call it..
I need :cuppa:
