As concept bikes go, this one looks like it might have some mileage. I particularly like the idea of the handlebar lock - as well as a lock, it's an additional deterrent as damaging it renders the bike un-ridable. Not entirely sold on the 'minimal fender' though - I assume it's some kind of brush, otherwise you're going to be knackering your tyres pretty quickly!
