I read in cycling news that Froome is also keen on going to the Vuelta - It'll be great to see him as Skys GC contending against bertie and the whinger.
Would love to see that too but will he have last year's form as he'll be BW's wingman for the Tour?

Froome will also make a good Sky 'Plan B' should anything unfortunate happen to BW. He ghosted into 4th in the Dauphine without much fuss.

If anything where to happen to Wiggins, especially if something happened early in the tour, would Froome or Boasson Hagen be Skys' plan B or are there other options....
Well, Yates' plan B for last year, when Brad broke his collar bone, was to get the rest of the team to lose minutes on GC by standing in the road wondering what to do.
Maybe there's a different plan B for this year - I hope so.
