So next time a motorist does a close pass or is aggressive, note the reg number, write it on card and hang it off your bike whilst going down the bus lane

I got one years ago for an infringement in Oldham.
Problem being the photo showed a white transit van, and my car, a bl ack astra, was at the time shown on HD CCTV parked at force HQ.
Despite this, my appeal was rejected and it took a letter from the supernintendo threatening to send the force solictors to court to support me before the twits saw common sense.
In the case of the folk above, id have let it go to court...
