That's not a bad bit of tarmac, come and have a look at the neglect Oxfordshire Highways shows for it's roads, to say they're shite would be showering them with praise.

I agree with the council, that isnt a pot hole, some of the surface dressing has come away, but a speed bump would offer more of an problem than that.

I have a suggestion which involved riding down the road... no handed! I've seen people riding no handed come off bikes trying to ride up a dropped kerb because the little step causes the wheel to turn in one direction very quickly.
