Teenagers! - not so bad really.

My daughter (aged 17) woke up a bit early today and instead of loafing about made a Banana Cake (proper home made not some packet) which I am eating at this moment.

So sometimes they can pleasantly surprise.

(I wonder what she is after??)

Both my sons, now not teenagers, love to cook and frequently made cakes etc for us.

But a word of warning....have you looked in the kitchen. If she's anything like my lads, it will have been trashed

Very true ....

Mine seem to like baking cakes and puddings but are less keen on producing the main course, though just occasionally they do cook for us all.

Both of mine enjoy making chicken fajitas with a jar sauce. Me and the wife get a night off once a week
