During lockdown I experimented with fermenting: all good till I tasted the Kombucha I had made.Kombucha. Not only healthy due to lack of alcohol, but also actively healthy due to being a fermented drink. There's an increasingly wide variety available and things involving ginger and lemon feature in even the most rudimentary selection.
It was vile.
Then I remembered why, I hate tea!
When I donated the large jar I had made, scooby and all, the recipient said it tasted lovely.
