Kombucha. Not only healthy due to lack of alcohol, but also actively healthy due to being a fermented drink. There's an increasingly wide variety available and things involving ginger and lemon feature in even the most rudimentary selection.
During lockdown I experimented with fermenting: all good till I tasted the Kombucha I had made.
It was vile.
Then I remembered why, I hate tea!
When I donated the large jar I had made, scooby and all, the recipient said it tasted lovely.

Cawston Press range are good. I like the rhubarb one
San Pellegrino fruity drinks also
Another vote for Kombucha as non sweet but I see OP is not keen on tea.
Drop Bear beers range are the least sweet AF beers I’ve found

I actually drink a lot of tap water (filtered for preference) when not wanting alcohol

Be careful @Moon bunny

One day you are just sipping a raspberry cordial and before you know it you have a serious non-alcoholic habit.

Sitting on the floor saying "I can stop anytime; anytime I want"
Your friends avoid you, neighbours gossip about you and you're not welcome in the local pub.

Your mind and body are changed, you don't know who you've become.

It doesn't have to be this way - send £5 to the All Uphill Recovering Teetotallers fund today.

With Aspartime chemical sweetener in place of sugar? No thanks......

All sweetners including sugar are chemicals. Everything is a chemical. Also most soft drinks use sucralose rather than aspartame.
No one is suggesting that you adopt these sorts of drinks as a lifestyle choice - we buy a load of pink lemonade (sugar free) and similar (Belvoir, Schleur) for the Christmas period.

Of course none of these are compulsory. My BiL usually just drinks sparkling water (95% of the time) or diet coke very occasionally.

At least sugar is a natural occurring chemical, in that it grows out of the ground in the form of sugar cane. Granted there are some less than natural processes thereafter to turn it into the product we buy from the shops, but I still prefer to take my chance with the known risks of sugar, rather than the relatively new artificial sweeteners (and I don't like what I have read about them). Just my personal view, obviously.

Were you moaning about your weight on here?

The best option if people are that concerned is water. I still think its the best for when you are really thirsty.

there are tons of 0.0 beers out there, i get them during Christmas and the like
for when i want a change from coke zero, shloer etc
there's also tons of herbal teas which i'm fond of. it's take your pick

I tried zero beers but they just reminded me of beer but were not beer

I am better off - personally - just having something totally different
just having tap water is a good idea - might try that!!
