Does anyone know what has happened in the legal battles between Tern and Dahon?
I have seen that "agreements" have been reached then have just seen that Dahon has launched a bike called the "Joe" - which is a Tern model (I own a Tern Joe D24) that looks just like the Tern Joe but with a top tube added.
So what is going on?
Do I need to stop riding my Tern as it will become a rare beasty and may need to be preserved for future generations?

Done, dusted, the companies came to a settlement last year. Dahon Joe? No such thing, AFAIK. Dahon did have models with input from Joe Murray a few years back. They're not doing any 26" wheel bikes at the moment.

Thanks for clarifying Stu.
So my Tern isn't going to become a collectors item then and enable me to pay off my mortgage if I sold it - oh well back to riding it for my commute then
