It obviously needs reporting. For advise on that, have a read of the following post for the UK and if your area is included, that. http://www.cyclecamera.tv/reporting-videos-to-the-police/

I noticed that, I was going to ask them why they were not wearing helmets though.
I guess they were helmets of themselves so did not require to top it off with the actual item.

Speculating, but it's possible that you were obscured by the grey car overtaking you when the driver looked left who was then was in a hurry to pull out before the lorry to the right so didn't check left again?

Still careless driving though.

I wondered the same thing, there have been a few similar videos on here where the cyclist is obscured to someone pulling out of a junction and then been hit or forced off the road. I agree, it doesn't excuse the driving though, or them claiming they didn't notice it.

That is a great example of one where I would possibly have said - 'move on' - but was sooooo bad that he really needs to have a word with himself; which he simply won't do. or BiB need to have a word.

It was obviously a 'nip out' in traffic and needed to avoid the artic/lorry coming the opposite way. That was his focus. Not you! Unfortunately....

Despite my thread re the tw4t on Long Acre junction, a simple example of utterly appalling driving by an arrogant 4rse.

I would simply not have the footage and will most likely never have if I were the cyclist (very anit camera personally), but would not criticise you if you did report it. Which is a stance I do not often take....

Personally, I would have a very strong word with him. Demand that he pulls over and swaps Insurance as contact was made - thus destroying his next few weeks peace of mind - and most likely bin them around the corner. (Having promised them he would be hearing from BiB or offer to call them on the spot as he drove away) - call the bu66er's bluff!
