Recently bought an FSA Gossamer chainset (which I've rabbited on about on this site a few times). Installed it but wasn't happy with the way it felt (a lot of drag) so took it apart regreased and refitted it. In the process of doing this I managed to round out the M5 adjusting cap for the left crank. Contacted CRC, expecting them to tell me it was my fault but they went to great lengths to find me a new bolt: emailed regularly, even sending photos of bolts to make sure it was the correct one and sent me the new bolt free of charge. Chainset now refitted and feels fine. So, cheers CRC. Nice one!

even better, i managed to round out a chain ring bolt on a chainset, and my lbs not only supplied a new bolt and tightened all the others, he did it at no charge.
