The fella on the really nice Colnago who gave me a warning shout last night as the lights on Calthorpe Street changed, and the guy in the car behind me suddenly decided that he was turning left across my path, regardless of what I was doing. Much appreciated - I did try to say thanks, but couldn't catch up with you! Nearly caught you crossing City Road, but the lights changed...

What did the nice guy shout a warning of - that a car was approaching from behind? That the lights were changing?

That the car was about to turn across my path. I get the point - I'll be a bit clearer in future!
