Thanks to Comedy Pilot for the Caribbean curry recipe. I made it tonight and it smells fabulous. It's not cooked through yet but if it tastes as good as it smells, I can't wait!

The recipe is on the first page of the 'sticky'. Just put the potatoes in so another half hour to touchdown. And it smells even more delicious!
