My father in law is a builder and whilst on a job today he uncovered an old newspaper dated 19 August 1933 ( 80 years to the day)

I once shared a PhD office with three other people, and two of them had the same birthday as me (same date, but different ages). I think it was once worked out what the odds were, and they were actually disappointingly low.

Someone once said, on hearing it, "Oh, I bet you all go out and have a big birthday drink together!" No, we didn't, because there was rather a lot of mutual dislike of each other!
