Back from the Golden Wedding cruise last week, managed a 40 Km ride yesterday to get my legs moving then out this morning for a VERY windy 50 Kms ride. Still in.

I am getting more forgetful with age, but this particular cock-up was mainly due to a combination of lack of sleep and certain distractions. I still felt pretty stupid though!

If it is any consolation, I nearly made the same mistake. It was just by chance that it came up in a work conversation that Monday was 2nd of March, this made my brain click that a ride on Sunday would not be in February.

Late in posting - been out of circulation for a few days - but I did manage to squeeze a ride in on the 27th.
So I'm in for another month!

Failed at the first hurdles, a victim of ill health, apathy, weather, family and a lack of fitness. Been on a couple of 25km spins but some way off the half at present. I'll keep on growing distance in the weeks to come and just allow myself the tracking and satisfaction once I get up to this regularly.

Februarys round up we have 25 riders fully posted up for February which is the same number as the end of January despite losing a rider 😵‍💫😵‍💫. This is entirely due to the thread monitors lack of admin skills ( all it takes is ticking a box ) and missing @Pgd Januarys ride
