Two bikes with an average price of £360. When making the initial purchases, gifted money (birthday, long service award etc) accounted for £350 of my total spend - £150 of first bike, £200 of second.

I feel a bit cheap now. It doesn't help that I always wore hand-me-down clothes as a child & haven't taken my family on a proper holiday for 4 years. I tried getting treatment for an inferiority complex once, but was told my complex wasn't big enough to merit attention.
