It's quite a social commentry when you look back at old beanos. Rewards were allways a bloody great feed but only one of the Bash street kids was fat, punishment was a slippering, softies were fair game.....happy days!

i know they do some specials from time to time and they are often more expensive and magazine style

I used to get them as part of my pocket money. They were 50p each...and them kept rising but the quality didn't...so I stopped getting them and got another 50p pocket money instead, which was much better.

£2.50, assuming it's the same size is a rip off...just get him nuts or zoo for £1.60
