You can now download the entire Beatles back catalogue from itunes. Individual tracks are 99p each.

Just so's you know, like.

Those wishing to tell us how over-rated The Beatles are, please form an orderly queue.

Interesting that you say thier back catalogue is availalable. Do they have any current releases?

As for being over-rated. They were good and lead the way, but so did Mozart. Time to move on.

You can buy Mozart on itunes too, you know.

For anyone out there who is wondering what this thread is about - the Beatles were an over hyped popular group with a silly name from the 1960s. They stopped making records and split up 40 years ago.

AC/DC prefer that people buy the bands albums in the physical format rather then downloadable format.
And that they buy a complete album rather then a set of singles.
I find that very arrogant. You may like just one track on an album and not want to sit through a load of old shite you can't stand.

Which is fair as it's your opinion.

However Bands spend a considerable amount of time, effort and money producing music and if they want to make it available to listen to as a complete piece of work then I think that's the artist's prerogative.

Other bands have different opinion's. The band Ash for example now just release singles rather then albums.

People could always buy the album. Copy the song you like then flog the album on.
Every one is happy.
