Except that they weren't clampers. If they had been then his protest would have looked very silly indeed.

Saw an amusing photo of two expensive cars belonging to the new Harrods owners clamped today. LOL! I passed both of them the other day, though moving on the road, and could talk down to the drivers from my bike.
