OK,, thanks.

What is the most dangerous creature in Australia (excluding mankind), in terms of KSI - kills or serious injuries?

funnel-web spider

funnel-web spider
Nup. But in close contact it's very keen to bite, and without anti-venom you will almost certainly die. So a good guess.

Burning beds.
Cows?
best guess so far
No yet, but if global warming lets the the aedes aegypti mosquito move to the more populated areas ...
Kangaroo - or even water buffalo - based on road accidents
Good guess
Didgeridoos.
Infrasound is very dangerous :okay:

Those corks dangling off hats could have your eye out I reckon.
Those hats are a hate crime. Only ever seen them on British TV, and also once for some reason on a coat stand in my workplace.

There's worse at any Westfield.
Go Sharkies
Not a contender, sorry. Driving to the beach is infinitely more dangerous than getting in the water.

BTW, two prizes on offer -
 1. the answer I was originally looking for, but I didn't phrase the question to include only biting and stinging creatures,
 2. the actual correct answer to the question I actually asked that I found out a few minutes ago by googling.

Russel Crowe

Despite the singing, the terrible accents and the occasionally hurling of phones, he's still part of mankind I'm afraid, at least until we all take a vote on it.
