Where's the pdf referred to in the opening post?

yup...I seem to have lost the ability to edt the original post so cannot post new updates right now. In addition, the original seems to have vanished in the move from the old CC site.

I am in the process of talking to Shaun to help fix, in the mean time, if you need a copy please PM me and I'll sort out a way to send one to you personally.
