Well, I occasionally put a "scream" mask on, run out onto the lawn and go "raaaaaaaaaarrrrrr!"
It hasn't made any difference to the lawn, but the neighbours' kids are a bit wary...

Are they even more scarified when you take the mask off?

The lawn has been mowed. Also swept the patio, and put out the garden table and chairs.

To get the lawnmower out I had to move various things off it including a wheel, a box for a wheel, a set of mudguards, a saddle and seatpost and several tyres.

As the moss gradually takes over from grass in my lawn, I hope it starts to need cutting less frequently.

I really, honestly, truthfully intended to cut the lawn grass weeds today, but I felt it necessary to put the finishing touches to the new Attrick bike shed. Now what would you have done?

Phew, that's a relief, was getting worried for you there 3BM.....mine's had two cuts and I've spent this weekend laying patio, a job unfinished from last year. all going pretty well though my normally delicate hands feel a bit rough right now!

Our greens at the golf course were cut on Friday for the first time this season. Then they'll be pretty much cut every day at 3.8mm until the end of September.
