and you missed mine... you cant judge him on 6 weeks at Leeds, where the directors appointed him and then changed their minds effectively and refused to back him, so there is no hstory of Cloughie at a so called "Big" club as to whether he would have done any good or not.That was kinda my point.
You're right, Trevor Francis, Des Walker, Stuart Peace, Steve Hodge, Roy Keane, Teddy Sheringham off the top of my head.He could bully and frighten ordinary players but he did not know how to handle experienced, top quality players who had done it all and knew their worth.
