I'm equally delighted as Adam Wharton is Blackburn born and bred. He came through our academy, a hugely gifted player we were privileged to watch for a season or two.

I've followed every Palace game since he left. Why Tuchel ignored a potential future England captain is beyond me.

BUT.........once a Rover, always a Rover. The whole family is blue and white.
