The film above has been featured by the likes of the CTC and many cycle campaigners showing that cycling faces the same challenges across the worlds with regards safety and infrastructure and facilties.
I used google translator to translate some of the comments on there and it seems the French have their fair share of pillocks looking to blame the victim. One commenter said (paraphrased) "its their own fault, they run red lights". Ok then...
