From the TV thread:
Giro d'Italia highlights on Quest TV (freesat) starting on May 8th at 7pm!
Live will surely be eurosport and Rai as usual.

He has GCN race pass which means he can watch it when and where he wants for £20 a year. What's not to like?

He can even watch it live while Mrs is watching Elsie Tanner having a milk stout with Ena Sharples.
Giving £20 repeatedly to the Global Chuckle Nothers for shows broadcast free on TV? Please let commentary not be Carlton Kirby!

(I can watch live while the TV is watching something else too. Dual and quad tuners are commonplace.)

Nobody likes spending money less than me but GCN for 20 quid was a bargain.Push the boat out and part with some of your wealth 😁

As well as my dislike of GCN, there is literally no point twice over: 1. I have E1 and Quest already, available to all my mobile devices and TVs; 2. GCN doesn't work on my devices or TVs. They said last year it would be on TVs "hopefully before 2021 season starts":

but it is still only a Google (not even all Android, contrary to claim)/Apple store app: https://help.globalcyclingnetwork.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360011992559-Supported-devices-and-browsers

I'll spend that 20 on some nice drinks while I watch!

I usually have no idea what you're banging on about with cereal dishes, Vauxhall astras, Belgian/German comms... but 20 quid is less than I spend in the boozer on one night.
Nevertheless the fact that you seem to criticise everyone for doing something different to yourself; criticising Cathryn - a rare female contributor to pro cycling - does start to make me wonder if you're deliberately being provocative and cantankerous.
Feel free to put me on ignore.
