Hollingbury hill may be 150m high but it’s hardly representative of Brighton town centre and not really in Brighton at all.
I suspect the majority of what you would call Brighton town centre is under 50m.

My friends place on the Isle of Grain is only 7M ASL. Hes reliably informed that it didn't flood during the big one of '53, but it was a close call.

75' above sea level at home and just a couple of feet above sea level at work - protected by the sea wall & shingle bank. Hopefully the caravan park across the road will take the brunt of any flooding.
