Yesterday mornings commute had a good example of a HGV Overtake, sat behind me without pressuring me for quite some time. Although I read out the name of the company I couldn't quite decipher it when I played it back.

Just before that I had a truck playing I must get past the cyclist game. My fault for not taking primary prior to the pinch point.

So If anyone can decipher the company name on the first truck I would be greatful, then I can email the link to the transport manager.

Aren't 8-wheel tippers supposed to be the scourge of the haulage community with regard to their driving standards (second only to hired 7.5 Te boxvans)?
The Bullimores driver was a cock, too much of a hurry and disengaged brain.
I can't make out the name of the artic, closest I could get was (indecipherable)-key recycling, but it's the indecipherable bit which is vexing me at present! There is a company called Eurokey Recycling based in Leicester but their wagons are a different colour.
Sad to see the tarmac is just as crap in Bourne as 12 miles to the South-South-East

Did you give him a wave as the road opened..it would have meant a lot and would have encouraged him to keep at it on another day.

PS, I think I may have been tempted to ditch into that layby, by the dead tree and let him by...the poor fella had been so patient he deserved a break.

This is actually a really good example of why some drivers perceive they "MUST" get past a cyclist for the risk of being trapped behind them for miles. Your vid just goes to show that, even at its worse, that delay is really only a matter of minutes. (2.02 minutes to be precise) and more usually a matter of seconds

Crickey! Can't tell if he did, but it looks like he almost mounted the offside kerb to get past.
Out of interest will you just post this video or will you follow it up in any way? I assume you have the contacts to get that done effectively.

I don't ave a videocam and happens a lot to me - a fellow cyclist at work says I must attract them
