I do wonder about these sort of prices that they might be a money laundering thing

I sold a few items on ebay - I have the advert and sales documents that confirm that I made 60,000 for selling 10 items
AND I paid the tax as required

so I MUST be OK

Bit over priced this one at £6,995, TBH would think seller lucky to get 95?

It is that sort of thing at that sort of price that makes me wonder about something dodgy

I mean - you buy something of someone and then owe them the money
but the thing you bought was dodgy - or the person who supplied the service doesn;t want it recorded

so you buy something worth £100 from them for £700 and you have a receipt for a "thing"

and Auntie Rachel doesn't need to get involved - and nor do Dragos old colleagues

Or you pay £700 for a worthless bike and get £700 worth of drugs or stolen property as well. The seller then has 'clean' money that can be paid into a bank account.
