The mysterious front chainring

I had to readjust the H/L stops today as it would not move down to the small ring and was overshooting the big ring.The odd thing is it was fine last week and does not appear twisted or over tensioned

Or maybe the cable has slipped from it's adjustment fixing or maybe stretched?

And its lost the trim function
Looks like i will have to set it up from scratch, when its a bit cooler as i can live with it till the weekend as its not rubbing in ratios i use for commuting.

Done is from scratch , works ok now but i might play a bit more at the weekend,im guessing cable tension had been affected by the repositioning of the stops .
