How would that be a new scandal worthy of blackmail though? Unless I'm mistaken, he's been out for years, and he admitted using cocaine.

I'm vaguely curious who this is about simply because its in the news and theres a secret to it, but otherwise its hard to get worked up about a minor royal doing something or other but we're not sure precisely what.

It can only be newsworthy if someone with a senior job is using drugs and the sex angle suggests that the person is cheating on his wife. This of course rules out any single junior royals.
