depends how long your rides are drago - and it's not always possible to time/regulate/determine your needs - though I have heard that the latest wahoo will track the progress of the vital process - gives you an alert to evacuation i believe and ensures that you don't do it with a downhill approaching.
I could definitely have done with a trowel on a london to hastings night ride last year.
