The new ride - I've joined the dark side

My latest C2W scheme beast. Quiet different to ride after the Boardman Hybrid Pro but loving the way it just seems to cruise. Spent a couple of hours last night getting it set up the way I like it having got it from the shop boxed. This is my fair weather / long distance ride. The BHP will still see action when it's tipping it down and through the winter as it's fitted with mudguards and panniers.

Riding a 40 mile route home tonight as a "shakedown cruise". Will write a review or 2 once the newness (it's been less than 24 hours) has worn off and I can be totally objective. Very happy at the moment though.

Me too! There I was all ready to drool and I got a road bike.

As a convert from Mountain Bike to Hybrid and now to Road bike this is the "dark side" to me. Apologies for the confusion though

No mudguards on this - and I'm not sadistic enough to ride into work with a wet backside in the winter!
