I feel for you. Ive been in those situations many a time. Either get an hours sleep and risk not being able to wake up or burn through it and not sleep at all but feel sh!tty for the rest of the day.

can't sleep.
Finshed work at 11pm, went to bed at 1am... lay there, completely awake 'til 3.30am... got up, made a coffee, some toast and grilled some haloumi, ate/drank... might have another coffee, or might try going back to bed.. dunno. not back in work 'til wed evening anyhoo.
