The old and the new

I have been riding an old viking Targa Dx 26 inch mountain bike since 2005, it is still a nice bike as I had it painted and every component is new, shimano alivio and tektro hydraulic brakes, other than frame it's all new the forks are a very clean set of rockshox psylo race u-turn 80 to 125mm from approx 2004, but it started feeling small like a 24 inch compared with modern bikes, i now passed it on to my 14 year old son and I have a new Voodoo Horde 29er 10 speed which I'm finding very nice, it's great to ride and very light weight, fitted with tektro hydraulics, 36t front chain ring and all shimano cues drive train, derrailleur shifter etc, not to keen on the un-serviceable hollowtech 2 bottom bracket but other than that it's great, forks are suntour xcr 32 boost air but may change them at later date if I feel I need to.
