I've just cooked breakfast on the bbq, I love cooking outdoors and always like getting other peoples hints, tips, tricks, recipes, good websites etc.
I use a Weber Q gas bbq which has to be one of the best things I've ever bought, it must be 8 years old, lives outside even in the winter but always starts first time. I prefer the taste of a charcoal bbq, but can't beat gas for ease of use and the ability to get in from work, turn it on and then start cooking on it by the time I've got changed.
I've also got an outdoor paella burner with a 60cm pan which is great for parties and is coming out later on today. I like to have the bbq going at the same time and cook the meat/ seafood for the paella on the bbq.
My best tip would be get a meat thermometer.
