Mrs Wigs is preggers... early days and not going to be a very relaxed 9 months considering what happened earlier in the year but its great news none the less and fingers crossed all will be good!

I went to a school reunion recently. Someone said she had been told by her husband that she absolutely must thank me for something that I did a long time ago.

When I had my Eighteenth birthday party, it was a joint party with someone whose birthday was about the same time. So my friend, and my friend's friend, (are you with me so far?) met each other at the party. They have recently celebrated their thirtieth Wedding Anniversary.

She had missed the last Reunion, so I was very late finding out about this.
Still, as they say, better late than never. I know it was not really anything that I "did" but still.

I'm having a tooth out today

I had the third and final appointment for root canal yeasterday.

Some may wonder about the aptness of that for a happy thread but anyone who's been there should appreciate that when compared to how I felt before the first appointment it merits jumping up and down for joy.

And I cycled to the dentist in the midday sunshine which was nice.
