Congrats! I saw my new niece for the first time yesterday. She's two weeks old today and very cute:biggrin:.

I saw mine last night

popped up straight after work and then got up half an hour before I went to bed to get back down here.

I had her for over an hour without waking her = quality time

I was quite happy the other day when I saw my Eye Consultant who told me that the drops I've been putting in have reduced the pressure from 30 to 21! Wey hey, or Hallelujah as Hebbar told me & could I bear not to see him for 9 months! Good news as it has been 3 months check up. This doc is amazing as he spotted something in Mr Campfire's eyes when he had a FB in & diagnosed detached retina & hauled him in immediately for surgery. Had he not pursued the diagnosis, he could have lost his sight! Thank goodness for good doctors eh?

Badkitty completely plastered...never!;)

I've just bought some expensive, fantastic quality pillows, they're sitting there in crisp clean cases right now. Roll on bedtime :tired::biggrin:

So can actually do things again. Got a lower leg/ankle cast for the next 4 weeks.Feels much safer.

And, with a bit of luck have found myself a fantastic new consultant. A foot guy instead of a neurology guy. :tired::wahhey:;)

So a good day.

Hey, that's good news BK!!!

I rode to work without a puncture!!! The heating had kicked in so I didn't strip wash in the freezing cold AND I got shed loads of work done. Hmmmm sign I'm missing Chuffy.

Plus I'm having a salad kebab and chips for my tea. How sad am I.

Today I found out that my house insurance was costing near £90 a month so I soon put a stop to that. Got new quote for £30pm instead.

Tomorrow will be my birthday and I will be sorting out the technical reheasal on stage ready for first night next Monday.:tired:
