Porridge on most workdays with the occaisonal crunchy nut cornflakes treat. Weekends usually Pain aux raisan or bacon bap.

I'm a Breatharian, so a bowl of pure light just as "thought for the day" kicks off sets me up lovely.

porridge or Oatibix. The Oatibix takes a little while to get used to, but it's not entirely nasty. With sliced banana and yoghourt on top you can hardly taste it.

If i'm up in time in the house then it's one of weetabix, corn flakes, crunchy nut. If we've had people with kids staying for the weekend I'll polish off the cocopops or whatever other kids cereal we bought for them.

In the office which is most mornings to be honest it's porridge from the place downstairs. Lovely it is.

Porridge or weetabix topped with raisins, or muesli. I can't stand any of the sugary or chocolatey cereals that make the milk sweet.

Porridge all the way. The wife usually eats barn flakes and the kids have readybrek or some godawful chocolate loop things.

I tend to find them a bit 'woody'

Usually one of the Dorset mixes or Oatibix with dates and skimmed milk.

Before my health kick I used to have a full fry up at the weekend with home fed bacon. For those not in the know, home fed has more fat than meat on it, but once fried in the pan the fat melts, what's left of it goes crispy and so as not to waste the fat, fry bread in it to mop it up.

It's been a good 6 months since I had a breakfast like that. Oh, and I'm now 3 1/2 stone lighter....

Only the cereal that goes into sausages, whatever it is.
The Black Pudding has Pearl Barley in it,,, it pops in the microwave.

Four fried eggs, two bangers and two slices of Black pud. It's not really breakfast. I've done my commute, had a shower, got dressed and sat at my desk for two hours before the fry-up.

I like a bit of variety so I buy Alpen, Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, Porridge with syrup, or if there is nothing else Weetabix with hot milk. And as a treat, whenever someone has been to France they bring me back some Country Store (which is another muesli type cereal). Though when we were kids the highlight of the week was the Saturday morning fry-up!

Porridge made with no milk - sorry WC but I'm an allergic*. A big pan made up at the end of the week to last while the end of the following, half and half pinhead and normal oats, sometimes with quinoa chucked in.

I was a big fan of the Dorset Cereal Really Nutty but it tastes crap with water, soy or rice milk and goat juice is too dear for everyday usage.

* and it tastes better
