What irritates me is when they've gone to the trouble of designing a nice looking website to promote the company and have included a prominent contact form but then never reply to messages sent via the form.

Once I had goals that read: when I get to (eg) 40 I will have done, or achieved, such and such.

Now my goals have an 'if' instead of 'when' in them.

I have two bikes and used to have three.
