I did manage to get up early and put a quick 36km in. Not sure what's got into the council today, had three diversions on the cycle path. Is it a budgeting thing?

I have always had mudguards on my bikes, except my two racing bikes, I think they set a bike off in the looks department.

Nah.
Extra weight, potential to rub and rattle etc. In winter or periods of prolonged wet weather I reluctantly put SKS Raceblades on but as soon as it dries up they are off.

I'm having cod in parsely sauce, mashed potatoes, sprouts and green beans.
I've got to go to church tonight as it's a Holy Day, it's at 7pm, I wish it wasn't so late, but there is no morning Mass.
It's very warm here at 31c, I don't think I'll go for a walk.
