It's very foggy out down to less then 50 yards, glad I'm not going out
and the people that are take extra care.

Unusually a very lazy day for me today, a few small errands this morning. Made a turkey curry for this evening. Lit the fire and watched The Wolf Of Wall St this afternoon.

Quiet evening with my youngest, we are going to play Monopoly Northampton edition!

One month to go and I'll be able to post on this thread ^_^
One year early but had enough of commuting and working on shoot bikes .
Plenty of stuff to do (garden, house and re-jigging the shed) and obviously more time for riding!
Only down side is a bit(actually a lot) less cash for stuff although we have hit the charity shops over the last few weeks and scored some quality clothing; specifically Welsh and Japanese made jeans, vintage Levi's,Paul Smith and some quality winter shirt/jackets, so clothing bill will be low.

Welcome.😁

I imagine it will be even busier tomorrow. People seem to have the strange habbit of having a walk on new years day morning.

Broadstone 1/4 marathon in the morning. It's the 40th running of the event and a good friend and local legend Geoff has taken part in every one. He turned 80 this year and it's to be his final run. The organisers are letting him set of 3/4 of an hour before the official start. Mrs Tkk and myself along with probably countless others will accompany him on the second and final lap of a two lap hilly course.
The naysayers are already out in force as there is a once a year, 10 minute road closure between 9:25 and 9:35 🤔
