I did wonder what the black things were.
I am a bit paranoid regards undercooked sausage so tend to go overboard BUT they were far better than they look and not burned at all.

Evening folks 
its wickedly cold out there...i took the bins out and got freeze dried! I check wind direction when i walk the beach and choose the best route so its hitting my back rather than an icy blast of sand/sleet right in the face, did see a jogger running straight into it today though 
Bikes on the turbo....and will be for the next week or two.
