Anyone else that wears a Garmin finding the sleep tracking is rubbish these days? Don’t know if it’s got worse after the last software update. If I get up to the loo then go back and get a few more hours it is no longer recording it. I’m still wearing two watches and the Apple is much more accurate. Seriously thinking about ditching Garmin.

Good morning all from a soggy Barnet.
I'll do some domestics this morning before going to the escape committee meeting in The Admiral Byng which is on Potters Bar.
I think I'll have a takeaway curry tonight, I can't be bothered to cook.

Got soaked again walking the dogs. Thats four times running now. Im fast running out of dry clothes and shoes.

When im in the mood I batch cook. I have 2 Rogan Josh in the freezer still to eat. I did the corned beef hash yesterday. Should have had 5 portions to freeze but it was so nice I had 2 last night......I will definitely do it again.

Good morning. Breezy but the rain has stopped for the time being. A poor night's sleep. I've been awake since 2.30, the watch says I fell asleep again 3.30 - 4.15. I've a feeling that's just laying very still?? I don't know what it measures.

Routine NHS eye test at Specsavers at 9.00. I then need to find card, flowers or a plant for my PT. Her business is five years old today. I have an appointment, she's a dear friend so this should be celebrated.

Just looked at the weather forecast

normally <50% chance of rain mean it might but might not - we are in a bit of a low spot here and it often goes round

today it is saying >95% chance of rain all day

looks like the bike is staying where it is!
