I kept tropic fish for maybe 45 years. Sadly dont have the room for a tank now.

I'm in and out of the hobby. At the moment I'm coming out next year, my perch are going in the local reservoir! The future? Who knows.

A bit of a cloudy start to the day, but it should be a nice sunny day here.
Our Daughter and SIL are coming down for lunch today, they can't stay too long as he has to go to work late on this afternoon.
Yesterday was a productive day, gardening, domestics, today will be more relaxed.

I will force myself into another walk when it warms up, assuming my legs get working.
No Mo yet! I know she was about at 04.30 as we were both doing wordle.

Looks like a nice day, might get out somewhere, but a bit restricted at the moment due to the pup not yet having had her second vaccinations. Only 2 weeks to wait and she can then meet other dogs.

Yes I was up early as usual. Nothing exciting to say though. My existence is very much like Groundhog Day, but thankfully I'm quite content living like that.

A frosty start here but we are in for a few dry days at last. 5 mile walk/jog done and just finished beans on toast for breakfast.

saw an article talking about stopping a microwave beeping all the time
which seems like a decent option -

I mean, leave the "I've finished" one but not the "Oh you pressed a button - I better tell you (and everyone else) about it" ones

Found a video that say it will show you how to do it witrh all Sharp Microwaves - seems like what I want!!


First bit of advice
find the "Sound setting" button - press it and follow the instructions"

second bit of advice if that doesn;t work
"find the "settings" button - press it and follow the instructions
it does say that the instruction vary by model so we can;t tell you what yours will say

Third bit of advice - look in the manual

Spent the weekend as part of a family team. Reconfiguring BIL’s house for his return from hospital minus a leg 😱 (long-term ulceration problem which, ultimately, had only one solution) 😕

16°C Tuesday, 17°C Wednesday on my phone, then dropping towards weekend. Whatever, there's a couple of days of decent biking weather there. I've just had my porridge and coffee, I'm out in a bit. I'm chomping at the bit now after watching Poggy yesterday, lol.

We have 13 today followed by 18 then 22 before it drops back to 16 then 12. Interesting to see that the solar panels produce more when it's sunny and cold then drop off slightly as the weather warms up.
