Good morning from a sunny Dorset. Not a lot on today's agenda, collect some cable ties from Screwfix ( I had loads of them one minute, next minute they are all gone) 🤔. Pick up a 12" steel rule as the plastic shatterproof one snapped in half, and try to find some raspberry plants.
Heating came on in the early hours as it's still chilly outside overnight, Mrs Tkk has mentioned swapping from the winter sheets and Duvet to the summer ones when we change the bedding today, so expect another cold spell and blame us 😁

Morning all 
Looks like I've got a day in the workshop as there was a rush on yesterday and I've run out of engine stands and oil seal tools.
I like to keep at least 3 of each in stock.
I'm now developing a Bantam clutch spring compressor tool which I reckon will sell well. This little hobby business seems to be taking off. I may well have to put a lid on it if it becomes too serious.

bed sheets etc in washing machine
had tablets - have to wait for 30 minutes to have breakfast
Grand kids are coming round (I presume their Dad will bring them as they are too young to drive - although the 5 year old would probably try!
They are staying overnight as it is their Mum's birthday and their parents "want an evening together" - whatever that means!!!
so busy day with uncertain timings basically
followed by a busy morning tomorrow keeping them from annoying each other
or not too much anyway!!!

Morning. A day of showers for us but I got my walk done before it started to drizzle when I was almost home.
It's Crieff's inaugural Park Run today. I hope it goes well. If I ever manage to get back into any consistent running, I may give it a go at some point but not today.

Some people go along and just walk round - apparently at some places it can be quite a sociable group walking round at the back
I have thought about doing that as running would screw up my feet/knees/lungs
just never got round to getting up that early!

Yes, I've spoken to one of the guys setting up and he said lot's of people just walk or jog very slowly at the back. I have registered to get a barcode and ordered a wrist band with the barcode on so I am ready if I do fancy it.

I should do that
I have got as far as you - registered and stuff
but never got the enthusiasm to get up that early
doesn;t help that I prefer the one they have in Runcorn rather than Widnes as it is in a nicer place
and - being me - I reckon it is silly to drive there - so I want to ride and then lock my bike up - which takes more thinking about
which is not my strong point first thing in the morning!!!
If only you had let me know sooner. I used them to make vibrators. I put an ad in last week and sold 8 the 1st day.
If you have any spares I will buy them off you.

My main job for the day done. Cleaned the Woodburner out, put some new wood in it then blacked the outside. I got some on the glass so will have to clean that again.
There's " parkwalk " integrated as part of parkrun as well Mo, I have been both " tail runner " and " tail walker " volunteer at local events. With your history you would probably finish abead of quite a few runners !
