Good Morning, Grey, breezy and 80% chance of rain at 08.00, your local bunch of lunatics pensioners have 79 mile ride planned to Gradely Bonksers. It's quite a feat to turn a ride into a 79 miler from Chorley to the Southport area - the most direct route is 50 miles there and back. The forecast has been spot on so far today, which means it probably will pee down at 08.00 which is when we will make a decision. I have heavy duty wet weather gear ready.
This week? Monday was a great childminding day - an absolute delight. Tuesday's child definitely had one on her! Geez. The poor little mite was tired, a bit poorly and just didn't know what to do with herself. That's very unusual for #3SP. Ah well, so it goes. Today, if I don't ride there are household chores and this evening we have a u3a social event. I'm running the bar. Anyway I need to crack on as I have a list of small things to get done before I go riding.
@Dave7 I keep meaning to ask. Does your Aldi still stock the burgers you recommended? I've only found them once at mine. Where they in the "Specially Selected" range or the "Oakhurst?" I thought they were very good.
