Good evening all.
I know most people like the warm weather, but I don't do well in temperatures above 20⁰c.
I need a cool shower after working in the garden this afternoon and sweating copious amounts.
Tomorrow we are off yo the Hertfordshire County show. I always come back with lots of produce from the food tents.

Nice walk and lunch earlier.
Managed to tire out the pup, so we had a peaceful late afternoon. She's woken up now and racing around like a mad thing.
Hope she gets tired in time for bed.
Did a little job on the MZ - changed the front sprocket to one with a tooth higher.
Will try it out tomorrow, as I have to go to the MZ dealer in Taunton.

As it was a warm dry day I thought that I would rejuvenate the soffit lights on the front of the garage, all 6. A bit of rust killer first then a first coat of white paint. Then lunch followed by a 19 mile ride. Oh what joy, a ride without feeling cold and just shorts and short sleeved top. After a shower it was time for a second coat of the lights and then refitted them. Whilst I was about it, I cleaned the fascia and the troughing with good old car black plastic cleaning gel. A rest tomorrow me thinks.

Good morning all.
A cloudy start to the day here but due to clear soon and be sunny and warm 30⁰ for the rest of the day.
As I said last night we are off to the county show, I always spend too much on produce, but it is worth it.
Listening to Tony Blackburn on the radio at the moment before I take Millie out for a walk before it gets too warm for her.
Enjoy your day everyone :cuppa:

Morning folks :okay: am enjoying the higher temps as is my garden, roses are looking very healthy. Nearly got knocked off tuther day...on my estate an oncoming van decided that he would go round a parked car on his side of the road ignoring the fact i had right of way [might is right attitude] i was squeezed into the gutter with inches between my handlebars and white van man and the kerb. Im all for self preservation but meekly bowing to 'might is right' starts a bad precedence.

Good morning from a sunny Dorset. Daughter and her chap arrived yesterday afternoon and we headed out for a walk, finishing at the local pub. Had 3 pints of " Faith " from Northern Monk so feeling a bit vague this morning. Lunch is at the 29029 Nepalese restaurant, 10 of us will be celebrating my 77th birthday 😮
Have a peaceful day folks ☕️🏖️🦔

Morning all.
Little to do today.
Family is away so I am on cat duty. Ive never had a cat (or a dog) but this one is so ignorant. It shows no affection.....just comes in and out and eats.
I am waiting for a call from the doctors practice and have been given a window of 08.15 till 1800 which is helpful .
I have to nip to Aldi so will go as soon as I've had my coffee.
