Sunny start here but a lot more cloudy now but no rain.

Some planting done and some admin also , will have a check over of the Faran after Fridays ride but won't have to mess about with the AR Stayer as the tyre has held up overnight.

I think I've seen all her bloomers but don't recall seeing any self inflating ones.
I will ask her when she visits next.

Surely a toggle on the side. Then there will be a light and a whistle, to attract attention, and a tube to blow into 😱 if further inflation is necessary

Just looking at the forecast for the next 10 days........Welshie, you will need to get those thermal bloomers out. I cant let you have the ones you left here, they make such a good bedspread.

So all came together nicely today, lovely family gathering this morning to celebrate my FIL’s birthday, out to Fairford this afternoon on my bike, grass now cut and finally relaxing with a cup of tea.

I bought a can of white spray paint today for a project, got home put the bag down and the can suddenly split o the seam. Thankfully a bag for life so wrapped the top over and stuck it outside to let it leak and hiss in the bag. Unfortunately the receipt was also in the bag and is now in a white puddle of spray paint.

The same with fish.... I enjoy eg cod, mackerel, salmon but I cant eat fish pie, its just too fishy.

Weather looks decidedly evil tomorrow in SE Lakeland. Same the rest of the week, too.

Big week ahead on the health front. One day of 'routine' blood, ecg and basic health tests and a meeting (different day, grrr! as it's a 100 mile round trip) to meet Consultant for last biopsy results.

Lots of chasing up crap on my tasks list, too (estate agent, roofer, dentist, etc) - usual retirement stuff!

Not much else to do re bad weather apart from doss, read and natter to Mrs SD for the rest of the week.
