Oh yes - but I never do

but I should really - just kinda feel like cheating if I don;t start and finish at home!!

I suggest a ride that I used to love.
Take the bike to New Brighton.
Free parking all day.
You can ride from there towards Chester traffic free along the seafront (apart from Hoylake/West Kirby)......I did a 70 miler there.
On a nice day its beautiful.
Fish n chips plus ice cream at Parkgate or New Brighton, what's not to like.

I once got on a bus in liverpool,i asked the driver is this bus going to Speke. He replied well i have been driving it since 07-30 and i have not heard anything yet.

In a similar vein, when I lived in Manchester, "Is this bus going to Sale?"
"What do you think it is, a bleeding yacht? "

@Elybazza61 mentioned Ercol a few pages back; reminded me that I rescued a plate rack that my neighbours were throwing out, but only after it had been out in all weathers for a fortnight or more. I recognised it as quality from the joints, but hadn't noticed it was Ercol. Having had some fun sorting out damage from rain and (probably) rat teeth, I'll be donating it to a charity shop, probably Dogs Trust in Bingham, but if they don't want it, BHF in Nottingham. Don't want it to go for a ridiculously low price, so I've prepared some info for them:
